Message:

These two files replace tap_psVectorSort_01.c, tap_psVectorSort_02.c
tap_psVectorSort_03.c, and tap_psVectorSort_04.c. The tests are cleaned
up, consolidated, and the psVectorSort and psVectorSortIndex functions
are split into two files.
